I strongly believe that the nutrition you receive as a child affects your health in the long term. However, proper nutrition during childhood again doesn't guarantee healthy adulthood. We are constantly in a decision making process on what goes into our bodies.

I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients understand proper nutrition and teach them how to balance following an overall healthy lifestyle and understanding how to incorporate traditionally "unhealthy" food in your diet.

Learning that eating is not just about satisfying your hunger, but also interacting socially with friends, colleagues, family and incorporating it in various cultures, is essential in maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

A healthy diet for you should not be a "one size fits all" solution. We work together to find the best approach for you to go forward and enjoy the benefits of a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT...
